Pre school children are not chargable

If two groups or organisations wish to use the house over the same period, youth organisations will be given priority.

 

The prices do not include meals, bed linen or towels but does include transportation of luggage to and from the Island at the start and end of your booking. It does not include mid-stay trips when the house has been booked for multiple nights.

 

Groups using the house are not permitted to invite 'day visitors' without prior approval from the warden.

 

Friends of Lihou pricing

For fully-subscribed Friends of Lihou there is a discount. This is slightly complicated so please feel free to contact the warden if there is any confusion.

 

A Friend of Lihou is charged at the lower rate than their group is paying. For example if a Friend was part of a family group that are being charged £28/person/night, they would pay £25/night as that is the rate for the lower group. However if they were part of a mixed private group hiring the house paying £33/night, they would pay £28/night as that is the next lower tariff. This only applies to subscribed Friends of Lihou and not the whole group (unless the whole group are Friends, of course).
